For a purchase on account, the payment is processed via the certified payment service provider Ratepay – Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstr. 28-29, 10587 Berlin.
Consumers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands can make a purchase on account up to an order value of €2000. Companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland can do so up to an order value of €5000. If your order has a higher order value, please choose a different method of payment or trigger multiple orders. If you place your order from another country please choose a different method of payment.
We will send your invoice by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready for shipping. This payment shall be due within 14 days of the invoice date. When making the payment, ensure that you specify the correct bank details and the intended use of your invoice so that Ratepay can assign your payment. Ratepay will send you a reminder if you default in payment. Please note that dunning fees may be incurred at your expense.

Payment in instalments is only available to consumers from Germany and Austria and only for an order value between €60 and €2000. Payment in instalments is not available for companies. If your order has a higher order value, we request that you select a different payment method.
If you wish to pay for your order in instalments, please select the "Purchase in instalments" payment type in step 3 "Payment" of the ordering process, and set the desired term (3 to 24 months). The effective annual interest as well as any fees and the monthly instalment will then be displayed.
You will receive the instalment plan by e-mail direct from Ratepay four weeks after order placement. The instalment will be collected from your account on the second day of the month in each case. The first instalment is due in the second month after order placement.
